Fit the syringe adapter to the tip of the syringe.

Remove the male nut PEEK at the column side of
the inlet coupling 1.6-0.8C, and remove the tubing
from the column side.

Fit the male nut 1.6MN of the syringe adapter to
the inlet coupling 1.6-0.8C.
