WARRANTY FOR ACCESSORIES
Woodstock
®
International, Inc. warrants all woodworking cutting tools and abrasives to be free from defects from
workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. All other woodworking accessories,
with the exception of some parts, are warranted to be free of defects of workmanship and materials for a period of one
year from the date of original purchase. The liability under this limited warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for
the products and is limited to credit for or replacement of the defective part.
We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provision of any law or acts, and buyer assumes all
risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods, whether used singly or in combination with other products. This warranty
does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or alterations, lack of
maintenance of our products, or reimbursement of third party expenses incurred. We shall in no event be liable for death
or injuries to person or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our
products. This disclaimer applies to both during and after the term of this warranty.
Any legal actions brought against Woodstock
®
International, Inc. shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of
Whatcom.

MACHINERY
Woodstock
®
International, Inc. warrants to the initial owner all new SHOP FOX
®
and STEELEX
®
machinery purchased first-hand
through an authorized dealer to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the
date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply to consumable parts or to failure due directly or indirectly to misuse,
abuse, negligence or accidents, lack of maintenance, or reimbursement of third party expenses incurred.

International, Inc. will repair, replace, or arrange for a dealer refund, at its expense and option, the SHOP
FOX
®
and STEELEX
®
machine or machine part proven to be defective for its designed and intended use, provided that
the original owner returns the product prepaid to the authorized warranty or repair facility designated by our Bellingham,
Washington office, with proof their purchase of the product is within the two year warranty period, and provides Woodstock
®
International, Inc. reasonable opportunity to verify the alleged defect through inspection. If it is determined there is no
defect, or that the issue resulted from causes not within the scope of Woodstock
®
International, Inc.'s warranty, then the
original owner must bear the cost of storing and returning the product.
This is Woodstock
®
International, Inc.'s sole written warranty and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including
any merchantability or fitness, for any particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. We do
not warrant that SHOP FOX
®
and STEELEX
®
machinery complies with the provisions of any law, acts or electrical codes. We
do not reimburse for third party repairs. In no event shall Woodstock
®
International, Inc.'s liability under this limited warranty
exceed the purchase price paid for the product, and any legal actions brought against Woodstock
®
International, Inc.
shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of Whatcom. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons
or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Shipping
charges, taxes and duties for returns and warranty claims originating outside the contiguous U.S. and Canada are the
responsibility of the customer.
