GUARANTEE
Duration of Guarantee: Each Guarantee lasts for the number of years stated on the product packaging,
beginning from the date of purchase.
Conditions for the Guarantee: The Guarantee is valid from the original date of the purchase and is non-
transferrable. Guarantee is only valid with proof of purchase from an authorized SICCE retailer.
Care instructions: The Guarantee is only valid if the operation and maintenance instructions included in
the product packaging have been followed. Defect or damage due to faulty installation, as well as tampering
or negligence, cutting off the plug, shortening cable, calcium deposit, and improper repair attempts do not
fall under the protection of the guarantee.
Guarantee Claim: The Guarantee only applies for the country in which the product was originally purchased.
Parts subject to wear, such as the rotor, o-rings, and ceramic shafts, are not covered under warranty.
Service: Stocking spare parts is a professional service to our customers. SICCE is committed to supplying
spare parts to our distributors and dealers.
Shipping costs: If there is a Guarantee claim, the vendor is the first point of contact. If vendor repair is
not an option, the faulty items can be sent to a SICCE facility along with proof of purchase and full contact
information.
Extended Guarantee (valid only for certain products): If an extended 2-year guarantee is available on
your product, your product must be registered online at sicce.com or sicceus.com for the US and Canada.
By registering, the customer declared that he/she agrees that SICCE may confidentially save personal
information, in accordance with the statutory regulations of Italian data privacy legislation and that SICCE
may use this information for internal marketing purposes only.
GARANTIE
Garantiedauer: Jede Garantie gilt für die auf der Produktverpackung angegebene Anzahl von Jahren,
beginnend mit dem Kaufdatum.
Garantiebedingungen: Die Garantie gilt ab dem ursprünglichen Kaufdatum und ist nicht übertragbar. Die
Garantie gilt nur mit Kaufnachweis eines autorisierten SICCE-Händlers.
Pflegehinweise: Die Garantie ist nur gültig, wenn die in der Produktverpackung enthaltenen Betriebs-
und Wartungsanweisungen beachtet wurden. Defekte oder Schäden durch fehlerhafte Installation,
Manipulation oder Nachlässigkeit, Abschneiden des Steckers, Verkürzen des Kabels, Kalkablagerung und
unsachgemäße Reparaturversuche fallen nicht unter Garantieschutz.
Garantieanspruch: Die Garantie gilt nur für das Land, wo das Produkt ursprünglich gekauft wurde.
Verschleißteile wie Rotor, O-Ringe und Keramikwellen fallen nicht unter Garantieschutz.
Service: Die Bevorratung von Ersatzteilen ist ein professioneller Service für unsere Kunden. SICCE
verpflichtet sich zur Lieferung von Ersatzteilen an Distributoren und Händler.
Versandkosten: Im Garantiefall ist der Verkäufer der erste Ansprechpartner. Wenn eine Reparatur durch
den Verkäufer nicht möglich ist, können die fehlerhaften Artikel zusammen mit dem Kaufbeleg und den
vollständigen Kontaktdaten an einen SICCE-Standort geschickt werden.
Erweiterte Garantie (gilt nur für bestimmte Produkte): Wenn eine erweiterte 2-Jahres-Garantie auf Ihr
Produkt möglich ist, muss Ihr Produkt online bei sicce.com oder sicceus.com für USA und Kanada registriert
werden. Mit der Registrierung erklärt sich der Kunde damit einverstanden, dass SICCE personenbezogene
Daten gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des italienischen Datenschutzgesetzes vertraulich speichert
und nur für interne Marketingzwecke verwendet.
