Parameter definition
OutputPin: the input and output states of GPIO. Bit0 represents IN1 pin status, bit4 and bit5
represent Out1 to Out2 status respectively. All other values are reserved.

The function of this command is to obtain the unique serial number of a reader.

The function of this command is to launch the customised utilities of some particular tags, to
achieve specific tag function.

Parameter definition
InlayType: the type of tag, the valid value of this parameter is 0 ~ 254.
0 – the default value of this parameter, represent tag type is not specified.
1 – launch the Peek function of Monza4QT tag (the status of tag will temporary change from public
to private). Launching this function will make affection on the data reading/writing, block
writing, protection word writing and EPC number writing operation.
