1.6. Low Calibration Point
Distance from Sensor Reference to Low Calibration Point: usually process empty
level. (See Operation Mode (1.5.) for an illustration.)
1.7. High Calibration Point
Distance from Sensor Reference to High Calibration Point: usually process full level.
(See Operation Mode (1.5.) for an illustration.)
1.8. Apply? (Apply changes)
In order to save the Quick Start settings it is necessary to select Yes to apply
changes.
Press Mode to return to Measurement mode. SITRANS LR250 is now ready to
operate.
Auto False Echo Suppression
If you have a vessel with known obstructions, we recommend using Auto False Echo
Suppression to prevent false echo detection. See TVT setup (2.8.7.) on page 94 for
instructions.
This feature can also be used if SITRANS LR250 displays a false high level, or the reading
is fluctuating between the correct level and a false high level.
Requesting an Echo Profile
• In PROGRAM mode, navigate to: Level
Meter > Diagnostics (3.) > Echo Profile (3.1.)
• Press RIGHT arrow to request a profile.
• UP/DOWN arrows are dedicated to scrolling
through the icons.
• The selected icon is highlighted.
• Press UP arrow to select Measure and
RIGHT arrow to update the profile.
• Press DOWN arrow to select Exit then
press RIGHT arrow to return to the
previous menu.
