UpdateSnmpAccess Updates the SNMP user authorizations with the details of
the newly added users.
UserLogIn Logs the user in to the base station.
UserLogOut Logs the user out of the base station.

Activates a Power Saving Class.
Parameters
pscId
Power saving class identifier.
Integer in the range [0..255].
Required parameter.
ssId
MS identifier.
Integer in the range [0..65535].
startFrameDelay
Start frame delay in frame quantity.
Integer in the range [0..255].
Required parameter.
addAuthrorizedManager
Other tab.
Adds a user authorized to access the cBST Web Manager and issue commands at
administrator level.
