key four times to move to “YOUR AREA CODE?”
3. Press OK .to select “YOUR AREA CODE?”.
4. Enter the local area code.
5. Press OK to save the local area code.
6. Press MENU to exit.
Do not store the local area code in areas with 10-digit
dialing. If an area code changes from 7-digit to 10-digit
dialing, repeat steps 1 through 4 to delete the area code.
Programming Caller ID on Call Waiting (for use with Caller ID
services)
The phone comes from the factory with Caller ID on Call Waiting
turned on. If you do not subscribe to Call Waiting or your local
telephone company does not provide Caller ID on Call Waiting it
is advisable to turn this feature off.
1. Press MENU.
