Notification
Desigo CC can be configured to automatically or manually send out notifications in
case of an alarm.
Notification comes with 3 functional levels with a seamless upgrade possibility:
● Reno: notifications via Email, SMS and Pager to max. 100 persons
● Reno plus: advanced alerting (e.g. multi-level escalation, active/inactive setting
of recipients, recipient time-zones, ...) and supports notifications to more than
100 recipients
● MNS: powerful mass notification system supporting multiple input and output
channels to alert many people
Log Viewer
The Log Viewer application provides a historic log of user and system events and
activities that have occurred. It allows users to retrieve these historic events and
activities for further analysis and investigation.
The Detailed Log within the Contextual Pane provides a historic log of the most
recent user and system events and activities related to an individually selected
object. For example, the system logs user intervention to set point with previous,
new value, timestamp and username. Data displayed within the Detailed Log can
be further analyzed using sorting and filtering functionality similar to that of the Log
Viewer.
Operator Tasks
Operator Tasks application allows operators to simply create and monitor building
tasks. The UI of this application has been designed to allow any type of operator
without Engineering/Edit rights, to create/start/stop tasks and to quickly find the
ones that are expiring or are already expired.
Mobile App
The Desigo CC app lets an operator view and handle the alarms and objects of the
integrated building management platform Desigo CC. Mobile App connects via
Desigo CC Web Services and consume Web Service sessions.
Video Surveillance
Video Surveillance in Desigo CC allows the operator to monitor and operate the
video systems. Typical video surveillance workflows are supported, including
display of live video streams, PTZ and preset operations, recording, tagging and
recording bookmarks, search and replay and multi-camera operations for operating
procedures, camera groups and camera sequences.
Continuous monitoring of cameras, (logical) video monitors, archiving and
recording devices allow fast response to video events.
Powerful remote-control video capabilities allow the management of monitor walls
and the sharing of video information and operations across the system. Each client
can handle multiple video displays, providing support for flexible layouts and typical
multi-monitor deployments.
BIM Viewer
Desigo CC V4.2 offers a new extension, which supports the integration of BIM-3D
models and is particularly optimized for projects that use Desigo Room Automation
devices.
The following functionality is available:
● Display a BIM building model directly into Desigo CC management platform
● Maneuver the model at will, including zoom in and out
● Display the alarm summary
● Select the room in focus
● Show floor view
● Show room view
