1.7 Where are the TX-I/O™ modules used?
In hardware terms, a typical building automation and control system includes the
following three areas:

The management station is the workstation from which the
operator manages and monitors all the building services plant
in the building automation and control system.
Control panel

The control panel accommodates the following devices:

I/O modules, connected via the island bus
Building services

Refers to the connected equipment, e.g. heating, ventilation
