Using the Speakerphone
The RP612S, RP612SL, RP624S, and RP624SL
models have a two-way speakerphone, consisting of a
speaker and a microphone. You can use either the
handset or the speakerphone to make or answer calls.
To make a call
from your
primary line
➩
Press the primary line key or the SPEAKER key
to get a dial tone.

Use the key pad to dial the number.
To make a call
from another line
➩
Press the line key to get a dial tone.
➩
Use the key pad to dial the number.
To switch from
speakerphone to
handset
➩
Lift the handset.
To switch from
handset to
speakerphone
➩
Press the SPEAKER key and hang up the
handset.
To answer a call ➩
Press the line key next to the blinking status
light.
To hang up ➩
Press the line key or the SPEAKER key.
