OZW775:

After starting the File transfer application, the left half of the window shows you the

following directory:

• History data

OCI600, OZW10:

After starting the "File transfer" application, the left half of the window provides the

following directories:

• Files on the memory card

• Files directly from the central unit

Make certain you have established a connection to the plant. Use the left mouse

button to click on the required directory. The right half of the window shows all files

contained on the memory card.

Use the right mouse button to click on the file you want to transfer from the central

unit or memory card to the PC and select Copy and open files.... The Save As

dialog appears. Select the directory and the file name under which the file shall be

stored in the PC and continue with Save. The file is now transferred from the central

unit or memory card to the PC where it will be stored.

After the file has been stored on the PC, a dialog appears where you will be asked if

you wish to start the configured Editor. Continue with Yes if you want to start the

configured Editor. The configured program is started and the program will open the

file stored on the PC.

You can always access the file stored on the PC at a later time. Use Windows

Explorer to find the file again or to delete it, or open it with an external program, such

as Microsoft Excel.

You can transfer one or several files from the central unit or the memory card to the

PC for further handling at a later point in time.
