3.8.6 Evaluating commissioning reports
After the commissioning values are uploaded, you can start evaluating the
commissioning report. Navigate through the commissioning report and open or close
the devices by clicking on + / -. Select the individual pages. The right half of the
window shows the data points. The same data point is shown in several columns. The
individual columns have the following meaning:
Column Description
No.
Consecutive numbering of the data points on a page. The
data points that have already been uploaded are color-
coded:
• Black: The value of the data point has been uploaded
• Red: The vlue of the data point has not been uploaded
Line no.
Referring to the installation instructions of the respective
device
Address
Address of the device to which the data point belongs
Data point
Name of the data point
Value
Value of the data point
Unit
Unit of the data point
Sorting can be made by individual columns.
You can print the commissioning report or further edit it externally.

3.8.7 Printing commissioning reports
Use the right mouse button to click on the commissioning report you want to print:
A. Select Print.... The Print dialog is opened. Select the Printer you want to use and
the Pages you want to print. Select Start to start printing or use the following
button:
B. Select Print preview.... The Print dialog is opened. Select the Printer you want to
use and the Pages you want to print. Select Start to start the preview. The
Preview window appears:
