5.12 Print

Select the element you want to print. Press the right mouse button. A window is

opened. In that window, select Print.... Then, the Print window is opened. Under

Options, select the print range and the number of copies. Select Start for printing.

If you wish, you can also use the following button to select printing:

5.13 Print preview

Select the element of which you want to see a page preview. Press the right mouse

button. Select Print preview.... Then, the Print dialog is opened. Select the Printer

you want to use and the Pages you want to print. Select Start to show the preview.

The Preview window appears:

Printing the current page. When you position the

onscreen pointer on the button and you press the

right mouse button, another window is opened. In

that window, you can select the required printer.

Printing all pages. When you position the onscreen

pointer on the button and you press the right mouse

button, another window is opened. In that window,

you can select the required printer.

Sending the pages as a "List & Label" file (.LL) to a

recipient.

Saving the pages as a "List & Label" file (.LL) in a

certain directory. Using the "Plant" menu – Print

from file..., the file can be reopened and printed in

the preview window at any time.

Closing the preview. The window for the preview of

the report will be closed.

5.14 Modem problems

Should you encounter any problems when installing your modem, refer to Windows

Help. You start Windows Help by clicking on Desktop with the left mouse button and

then pressing the F1 key. Enter the keyword "Modem" under Index and you will find

"Modem troubleshooting" and additional useful instructions on modems.
