by Marriott in Istanbul is a four-star hotel with
262 rooms. To further increase comfort, safety and security
for their guests, Courtyard by Marriott opted for a new
building automation and control system.
The primary objective of a luxury hotel is the well-being of
its guests. This is achieved through a high level of comfort
in every aspect – including comfortable rooms or clear
evacuation instructions in case of fire. That is why the new
Courtyard by Marriott in Istanbul required a cross-discipline
building automation solution that integrates and controls
everything from HVAC control to fire safety and security-
related systems and that amortizes quickly.

SCS TESISAT deployed a flexible and future-proof building
automation and control system that perfectly meets the
requirements of the Courtyard hotel. It ensures not only
