BACnet Field Panel Web Server
Welcome to
BACnet Field Panel Web Server , a field panel product that provides a
Web-based user interface to the APOGEE® Automation System. BACnet Field Panel
Web Server is an Adobe Flash application that can interact with BACnet field panels
that use Firmware 3.2.2 or later and have the
Web Services option enabled. The
BACnet Field Panel Web Services license enables field panel data access over http.
The Graphical User Interface software or files can only be loaded into a PXC Modular
or PXC-36 controller. Due to space constraints, the Web Server user interface host
graphics cannot be loaded into a PXC-16 or PXC-24 controller.
Once loaded into a panel on the network, the user interface can be accessed from any
compatible Web browser (see the Browser Requirements section). Through the
browser, you can access and interact with any BACnet IP-enabled controller in the
network that has the BACnet Field Panel Web Server license enabled.
Browser Requirements
● An Internet browser that supports Adobe Flash Player Plug-in Version 25.0.0.x or
later, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 9, 10 or 11, Edge 25 or later,
Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
NOTE:
While the BACnet Field Panel Web Server has been tested with IE and Firefox, any
browser that supports Flash Player 25.0.0.x can be used.
One of the following requirements must be met:
● The Field Panel Web Services license (LSM-FPWEB) must be enabled in each
controller that the Web Server User Interface will access.
● The Field Panel Web Services license LSM-FPWEB must be enabled for each
BACnet IP level PXC to host or provide COV change of value information to FINlite
graphics, or
● The Field Panel Web Server Host and Service license LSM-FPWEBPLHST or
LSM-FPWEBPL must be enabled on each BACnet IP PXC for FINlite or FIN
Builder graphics.
● The Field Panel Web Server Host and Service license LSM-FPWEBPLHST or
LSM-FPWEBPL must be enabled on each BACnet IP TC Compact or TC Modular
based FIN Builder graphics.
● Cookies must be enabled. This can be done by selecting Options from the Tools
menu in most browsers.
● Adobe Flash Player Plug-in Version 25.0.0.x or later. The user interface may
prompt you to update if an older version of Adobe Flash Player is installed.
● Private browsing cannot be used, as it does not allow the storage of local data.
Loading and Upgrading the User Interface
Be sure that the Field Panel Web Services license (LSM-FPWEB) is enabled for each
field panel that will be accessing FINlite graphics.
Be sure that the Field Panel Web Services license LSM-FPWEB for FINlite graphics or
LSM-FPWEBPLHST and LSM-FPWEBPL enabled for each field panel that will be
accessing FINlite or FIN Builder graphics.
