Fixierbohrung
Fixing hole
Schieben Sie das Kupplungsteil über die
Welle der Gasklappe. Positionieren Sie die
Befestigungsschraube im Zentrum der
Fixierbohrung der Gasklappenwelle.
Slide the coupling piece over the gas
damper‘s shaft. Position the fixing screw in
the center of the fixing hole of the gas
damper‘s shaft.

Ziehen Sie die Schraube über der
Fixierbohrung fest.
Tighten the screw above the fixing hole.

Da die Gasklappe VKF41 nur einen Drehwinkelbereich von ca. 85° und die Schließstellung bei ca. 5° einen
mechanischen Anschlag hat, sind folgende Einstellungen am LMV5 erforderlich:
- Schließen Sie den Stellantrieb an den LMV5 an
- Schalten Sie das System ein und gehen Sie in die Parametrierung des LMV5
Geben Sie dazu mindestens das Passwort des Heizungsfachmannes ein
- Stellen Sie folgende Parameter von 0° auf 9° ein

Nachlüftposition:
Zündlastposition:
- Der Parameter , muss auf
(Werkseinstellung Siemens), gegen Uhrzeigersinn bei Blick auf das Antriebswellenende,
eingestellt sein. Hierzu ist das OEM-Passwort notwendig

Nur in Verbindung mit LMV5 / Only for use with LMV5
As the gas damper VKF41 only has a rotation angle range of approx. 85° and the closed position has a
mechanical stop at approx. 5°, the following settings must be made on the LMV5:
- Now, connect the actuator to the LMV5
- Switch the system on and go to the parameterization of the LMV5
For that, enter at least the heating engineer's password
- Set the following parameter from 0° to 9°
No-load position:
Postpurge position:
Ignition load position:
The parameter - , must be set to
(Siemens factory setting), counter-clockwise when looking at the end of the drive shaft.
The OEM password is required for this.
