6 Working with Connect X300 devices
The Connect device family of devices are physical devices that serve as the
connecting point between the cloud and controlled or monitored devices. This can
include controllers, sensors, and actuators in the building. These devices integrate
BACnet/IP or Modbus/TCP devices and systems as well as FS20 fire panels.

The device must be online to use features, such as firmware updates and remote
web access.
6.1 Resetting the password
1. Go to Sites.
2. Select the site with the Connect X300 device.
3. Select the Connect X300 device.
4. Go to Information > select Reset password.
5. Confirm with Reset.
6. Log in to the Connect X300 device remote web access page to change the
password.
If the password is not changed after it is reset, the old password will still be valid.
