Overview 1 1 Overview Account Manager is a service that allows you to manage your company account. In particular, this service offers: ● User and User Invitation Management: Manage memberships of the company and its groupings, invite new users, and manage pending invitations. ● Access Management: Manage access and permissions of users for the company and its groupings. ● Subscription Management: Manage the company’s subscriptions and extend or upgrade active subscriptions.
2 Getting started Signing up 2 Getting started This section will cover how to get started in Account manager, including how to sign up, activate your subscription, create a company, and choose your products. There are two ways to get started with Account Manager, depending on your subscription type. There are two types of subscriptions: ● Type 1 Subscription (Manual Renewal): A subscription that is purchased through iMall and issued by License Server Management (LMS).
Getting started 2 Activating a type 1 subscription You have received an email with your license and subscription. 1. Click Log In / Sign Up > Subscribe now 2. Select the Country. 3. Fill out the Company and Address fields. 4. Click Continue. 5. Select the checkbox to the access agreement. Terms and conditions are specific to your country. 6. To confirm your selection and activate the subscription, click Activate. A success message will open. 5. 3 Managing my profile Leaving a company 3 Managing my profile This section will cover how to manage your profile in Account Manager and the Siemens ID Self Service Portal. This will include how to manage your memberships and how to edit your Siemens ID. 3.1 Leaving a company 1. Go to My account > My memberships. 2. Go to the company you want to leave. 3. Click Leave. 4. In the dialog box, click Yes. 3.2 Editing my Siemens ID account 1. Go to My account. 2. Click Edit .
3 Managing my profile Deleting my Siemens ID account Changing Email When you request to change your email, a verification email will be sent to the new address. You will not be able to log in again until after you verify your new email address. 1. Click Change Email. 2. Edit the field. 3. To update the new email address, click Submit Request. Changing Password 1. Click Change Password. 2. Click Request Email. After submitting your request, an email will be sent with a link to change your password.

If no organization comments are entered, they will not appear on the Overview page. You have the role Administrator. 1. Go to Overview > Company. 2. Click Options > Edit. 3. In the Edit company sidebar on the right, edit the appropriate fields. 4. Click Update .
Managing groupings 5 Creating a new grouping 5 Managing groupings Groupings allow users to organize sites and user access in a more fine-grained way. Groupings can be used to group sites and manage user access that may vary to each user for your company. 5.1 Creating a new grouping When creating a grouping, it will appear the same way as a company. You have the role Administrator. 1. Click the Avatar Icon > Create grouping. 2. In the form, fill out the fields accordingly. 3. Click Create.
5 Managing groupings Removing a grouping 5.3 Removing a grouping To remove a grouping, you must remove all assets first. You have the role Administrator. 1. Go to Overview > Company. 2. Click Options > Edit. 3. In the Edit company sidebar on the right, click Remove.
Managing groupings 5 Switching between groupings 5.4 Switching between groupings The name of the grouping you are currently in will appear below the navigation bar. You have the role Administrator. 1. Click the Avatar icon > Select company. 2. Click on the grouping you want to switch to.

Go to Users . 2. Click into the search field and select filtering by Name, Role or State. 3. Type in the respective text and press Enter. 6.2 Inviting users You have the role Administrator. 1. Go to Invitations. 2. Click Invite. 3.

These roles may differ based on your product. 6.3 Resending invitations This section describes how to resend pending and handle expired user invitations. You have the role Administrator. 1. Confirm with Revoke. 6.5 Suspending memberships When suspending a user, the user will remain a member of the company, but is prohibited to operate on it.

Confirm with Yes. 6.7 Removing user memberships You cannot remove yourself from a company using the Users tab. To remove yourself from a company, see Leaving a company [➙ 10]. You have the role Administrator. 1. In Subscriptions, go to the subscription you want upgrade. 2. Click Upgrade. 3. Enter the entitlement ID of the new subscription. 4. Click Continue. 5.

Click Renew. 3. Enter the entitlement ID of the new subscription. 4. Click Continue. 5. Select which feature packages you want to activate. Click Continue. 6. Review your subscription and click Activate.
