3 Login and logout
The user must be registered to login to the Cerberus Portal. The login procedures are
detailed in document A6V12050070 Account Manager.
For Siemens employees using a tablet or mobile phone to login, the Siemens Login
Service requires a higher security level for mobile authentication since the Smart
Card cannot be used.
- The option One-time Password per SMS is unavailable if no mobile number is
assigned to the personal account.
- The option One-time Password per E-Mail notifies the supervisor each time,
causing a delay for the authentication.
Recommendation: Use your own non-Siemens account, e.g.:
[e-mail].
3.1 Sign in
 Internet access required.
 A project subscription is registered and configured at Siemens.
 A Siemens-ID exists for the log-in data.
