7.3 Filter by date and category
1. Select a facility and then History .
2. Select the category to filter. Multiple categories can be selected.
3. Select Filter by date range.
 The date dialog box opens.
4. Select the start date.
5. Select the end date.
 The date range is taken over and displayed in the tab.
 Any found data sets are displayed.
7.4 Export data
The maximum number of data sets for export is 10,000. Use filters to avoid
exceeding the maximum number of data sets.
1. Select a facility and then History .
2. (Optional) Select the category to filter. Multiple categories can be selected.
3. (Optional) Select Filter by date range.
 The date dialog box opens.
– Select the start date.
– Select the end date.
4. Select Export details.
 The number of exported data sets is displayed.
 The file is saved to folder C:\Users\UserName\Downloads (e.g.: history-incidents-
MiniFoot-11_25_20 7_35_59 AM CE.CSV).
