8 Edit notes
The state and work on a plant can be entered in the Notes tab. We recommend
structuring the information and entering the latest information at the top. A maximum
of 4,000 characters can be entered per site.
Example:
2021-02-02 H.Rebuz
Checked battery in panel.
2021-01-15 K. Miller
Replaced fire detector 35 in the top floor.
1. Select a facility and then Notes .
2. Enter the first info text.
3. Select Save.
4. Select Edit .
5. Select the first row and enter additional information.
6. Select Save.
