Energy-efficient room automation

With cross-discipline networking and control, innovative

room automation with Desigo ensures pleasant room

conditions and saves energy costs at the same time.

All rooms are supplied with the required amount of

energy depending on demand, for example, via time-

based programs. You can also actively participate in the

energy management using the energy efficiency func-

tion RoomOptiControl and the Green Leaf symbol – and

save up to 25 percent more energy.

Significant productivity and efficiency gains

Straightforward operation and uniform engineering facilitate

installation and commissioning and significantly reduce main-

tenance efforts. At the same time, you can be confident that

your plant is highly reliable, thanks to components thoroughly

examined and tested by independent certifying bodies as well

as the use of intelligent applications tested under real condi-

tions. Furthermore, the system delivers everything you need

to meet the highest building certification levels in accordance

with LEED®, DGNB or BREEAM®.
