Care for your dishes.
And care for the environment.
Saving water to save energy
It’s a popular misconception that washing up by hand saves
water, but the figures speak for themselves. Our most
dishwashers use as little as 7 litres of water per wash! On
average, that’s an incredible 42 litres of water less, per
load, than washing up by hand. And the energy required to
heat all that washing-up water? Almost thrice as much as
a Siemens Zeolite® dishwasher uses on an economy 50°C
wash programme.
*The energy required to heat 49 litres of wate (washing up
by hand) from 15°C to 55°C is around 1.96kWh while the
energy used by an SN56V594EU dishwasher is 0.67kWh for
an economy 50°C wash programme.
Best results – and we’re not just talking
about cleaning: the A+++ energy label.
Thanks to the latest sensor technology and other innovative
solutions, Siemens dishwashers save a lot of water and a lot
of energy. Their excellent efficiency is why many Siemens
appliances bear the A+++ energy label, meaning that they’re
30% more efficient than appliances in energy efficiency
class A. Our premium models even reach 10% more energy
saving than the ultimate A+++ class which devotes the
greenest ability to wash your dishes.
