Efficient and hygienic steaming
Siemens steam ovens are equipped with a removable water
tank that holds up to 1.3 litres of water, enough for more
than 3 hours steam cooking at full power. It is not necessary
to arrange plumbing in from water inlet.
Water is fed into the oven cavity and heated by
a powerful element at the base of the appliance.
This ensures maximum efficiency as the appliance is only
heating the amount of water needed for the cooking
process. Moreover, no calcification will occur during
the water flow from the tank to the cavity and thus
assuring the steam is completely hygienic.
The ovens are thermostatically controlled to allow steam
temperatures of 35-100°C – ideal for all types of fish, meat,
poultry, vegetable and prove dough.
Reheating
Reheating leftovers or food for latecomers through
