The largest induction zone in town
Siemens induction hob EH675MD11E consists of an
induction zone of 32cm diameter, which is the largest in the
market. The super booster function boosts power output to
as high as 4.6kW, making Chinese wok-style stir fry possible.
Variety of cooking zones available
Extendable cooking zones allow the cooking area to be
extended or reduced to accommodate large items (like a
fish kettle and larger saucepans) or smaller pans (like an
asparagus pan).
Induction hobs
-
the most efficient cooking method
Induction is 40% faster than gas as
a cooking method, and safer too
as the cooking zone switches off
automatically if there is no pan on
the hob. What’s more, heat is only
generated through the area that is
actually touching the pan – which
also makes it up to 25% more energy
efficient than gas.
Cleaning is easy for induction hobs.
Spillages are less likely to burn on
and there is no need to wait for the
glass to cool down in order to give
the hob a good clean. You simply
wipe over with a cloth.
