Unique to Siemens, glide your ﬁnger gently over the

control panel to select the appropriate power level. This

sophisticated pressure technology never fails to deliver

even your hands are too hot, too cold or when caked with

ingredients.

Cooking timer

Most of Siemens hobs are equipped with a timer used

in dual ways. It can be set as an alarm which will sound

at the end of the cooking time, or it can also be set to

automatically switch off the heat of the cooking zone at a

designated time.

Residual heat indicators

Induction hobs feature a two-stage residual heat indicator

for each cooking zone – an LED sign shows

H” when the

zones are above 95°C, and

h” when above 65°C. This

function is perfect for food warming and it also serves as a

reminder of the warm ceramic surface.

Booster function

The booster function uplifts the power output of the

selected zone by approximately 50% by

borrowing’ power

from its partner cooking zone. Time is also saved as

temperature is raised quickly.

17 stages of power setting

Siemens induction hobs feature a large variety of 17-stage

power levels, offering a complete control over your cooking

from a low simmer to a rapid boil.
