with Alarm Verification Concept (AVC) – suggested possible procedure – subject to local requirements

Press on the PMI. before allowed reaction time
(V1) runs out (Password required)
è Buzzer is turned off, alarm is acknowledged.
è Countdown V2 for the investigation of the cause of alarm starts.
Read time of top line right side on the display è Remaining time is shown as countdown before Fire Brigade call.
Read fire location on display.
Optional: press on the Person Machine
Interface (password required)
è Deactivates the acoustic alarm devices.
(Reactivation is possible by pressing the button again)
Go to the fire location. è Information on the cause of ALARM
Decide: MAJOR INCIDENT or minor incident. è If required, initiate suitable emergency measures.

Press <alarm delay off>
or actuate nearest manual call point.
è The remote transmission for fire alarm is activated immediately.
Look at the LED indicator
'On: Fire brigade called'
Off: 'Call fire brigade!'
(Remote transmission is switched off / not
available or defective)
ALARM is transmitted to fire brigade.
è Fire brigade must be called by phone!
No automatic transmission to fire brigade

è Fire detection system is in normal condition unless another event
occurs. It may be necessary to vent the room before resetting is
possible. Elements that cannot be reset can be switched off
temporarily.
