INTRODUCTION The Model FHA2032-U1 (S54430-B43-A1) from Siemens Industry, Inc., is an optional
battery bracket that can be purchased separately for use in Seismic applications.
The FHA2032-U1 is for indoor use only in dry environments.
INSTALLATION
Remove all system power before installation, first battery then AC. (To power up,
connect the AC first, then the battery.)
(Refer to Figure 1.)
Prior to installing the FHA2032-U1 battery bracket, install the FHB2002-U1/-R1
backbox as described in the FHB2002-U1/-R1 Installation Instructions, A6V10335922.
1. Place the BP61 (18AH) battery set in the FHB2002-U1/-R1 backbox.
2. Install the FHA2032-U1 battery bracket in the FHB2002-U1/-R1 backbox by
aligning the three holes in the bracket with the three studs above the
batteries as shown in Figure 1.
3. Secure the bracket in place with the three #10-32 nuts (provided).
