Cerberus Cloud Apps allows fire safety maintenance companies to monitor, maintain

and remotely connect 24/7 to all their networkable Cerberus Pro fire protection sys-

tems. Cerberus Cloud Apps are composed of the:

● Cerberus Portal: Online web portal for real time overview and status of all sites

● Cerberus Test app: Mobile application to test fire system peripherals

● Cerberus Tunnel: 1-on-1 connection to a specific site for remote troubleshooting

Subscription Pricing model Standard The standard subscription plan is the regular, scalable offering for this service. The subscription term is twelve (12) months with manual renewal; the service fee is paid in advanced. Add-on Add-on subscriptions scale the capabilities of the service. The service fee is paid prior to activation and the subscription term is for one year. Add-ons can be activated at any time during a valid Standard subscription term.

Connect gateway The service is currently only compatible with commercially available Siemens gateways manufactured under the Connect brand (the Connect gateway family). A description of Connect gateways is provided below. A Connect gateway must be purchased and installed on premise at a site specified by you in accordance with a separate agreement between your company and Siemens to use the service.

Topology Specific terms Terms of use for the Connect gateway at the connected site You are solely responsible for the correct configuration, security and use of the Connect gateway after installation at the connected site, ensuring that the Connect gateway can connect with the service and that the content, integrity, security and accuracy of the data being transferred is correct, up-to-date and regularly monitored.
