In products from Siemens, the sensors within the devices
are located before the wall so that the rising air flow can be
accurately measured. To ensure accurate readings, it is a
good idea to keep the following in mind during installation:
Clearances between the cable ()
or plastic hose and the installation
pipe () need to be sealed. Other-
wise, inefficient air circulation
will occur, causing measuring
errors.
When mounting on massive walls
() made of steel, concrete, etc.,
you need to place thermal insula-
tion () between the room sensor
() and the wall.
