Solar protection actuators
The new solar protection actuators
with 4 and 8 channels are ideal for
the control of AC drives up to max.
AC 230 V. Different solar protection
elements, as well as doors, windows,
and ventilation hatches, can be
operated with them. The actuators are
characterized by maintenance-free
terminals for quick connection and
easy looping-through of conductors
without ferrules.
Extensive control functions
Through the selection of various
operating modes such as manual and
automatic mode, solar protection is
controlled both locally and centrally.
Automatic commands from a weather
station enable sunlight tracking control
with shade edge tracking. Integrated
scene control and four preset hanging
settings are used to call up and save
defined blind and shade positions.
For override due to alarms, such as
for wind, rain, or frost, defined travel
behavior can be configured.
Automatic travel time determination
Automatic travel time determination by
the integrated electronics with current
measurement makes simple commis-
sioning possible. The electromagnetic
and electronic limit position switches
are detected and evaluated, which
results in automatic calibration of the
travel times. Manual travel time
determination and configuration are
therefore unnecessary.
Intuitive front control field
The control field on the front of the
device enables direct operation for
testing the installation and hanging
elements. Using the membrane keys,
the elements can be raised and
lowered and the slats opened and
closed. The status LEDs indicate the
travel direction and signal overrides
through pending alarms.
