Glare-free daylight utilization through
automatic sunlight tracking
With sunlight tracking control, the slats of blinds are not
completely closed but track the position of the sun,
automatically moving so that the sun does not shine
directly into the room. However, diffuse daylight can still
enter through space between the slats and contribute to
glare-free room lighting while lowering lighting costs.
Optimal room climate and glare-free work through
automatic shade edge tracking
With shade edge tracking, the sun protection is not com-
pletely lowered, but only so much that the sun can only
enter the room to a configurable distance, e.g., 50 cm.
Benefits: It remains possible to look out the window in the
lower part of the window, with plants on the window sill
exposed to sunlight while the users of the room are spared
direct sun exposure. This ensures an optimal room climate
as well as a glare-free workplace while lowering energy
consumption and costs for room lighting.
Optimal solar protection control
Natural daylight and pleasant lighting conditions enhance comfort
in rooms and homes. To prevent glare from affecting the people in
rooms while still ensuring optimal use of daylight, the solar protection
actuators in conjunction with the weather station enable precise
positioning of sun protection elements. The system distinguishes
between daylight tracking and shade edge tracking.
Security for blinds and awnings
For override due to alarms, such as for wind, rain or frost, as well as
maintenance work, predefined blind states can be configured.
