Push Button Wall Switches
UP 241/3, UP 243/3, UP 245/3/4/5
Description
The DELTA profil Wall Switches have one, two or four
pairs of vertically aligned push buttons. A labeling field
is placed in the middle between these buttons.
The following types of Wall Switches are available:
Wall Switch single, double and quadruple, with
one orientation LED and one status LED per
button.
Wall Switch quadruple, with one orientation LED,
one status LED per button, scene controller, and
room temperature sensor.
Wall Switch quadruple, with one status LED per
button, scene controller, and infrared (IR) receiver-
decoder.
A Wall Switch and a DELTA profil design frame are
mounted together on a Bus Coupling Unit (BTM) UP
117/11. The Bus Coupling Unit (BTM) UP 117/11
provides the KNX bus connection to DELTA switches.
The abbreviation BTM indicates that this type of BCU
provides the KNX bus connection through a Bus
Transceiver Interface (BTI).
NOTE: While this looks similar to the BCU1,
devices such as switches or motion
sensors are compatible with one or the
other and are not interchangeable.
The BTM and the DELTA profil design frame are not
included with the device and must be ordered
separately.
Application Programs
Using ETS (Engineering Tool Software) the specific

See the appropriate Application Program Description
manual for more details.
