Switching functions
Prerequisite:
The required function is set up!
If a dialled
internal user
is busy or if your call is not
answered, you can program an automatic callback request.
Storing a callback request:
4 Press the recall key.
-8; Enter the code.
Deleting stored callback requests:
&8; Enter the code.
You answered an external call and would like to forward it to
another user:

Press the recall key and
immediately
dial the number of the user.

Wait until the user answers the call or
press the on-hook key immediately
Return forwarded call:
4 Press the recall key.
Automatic callback
Note:
● The
system calls you back
when the user
– becomes free or
– makes another call
●
Up to 5 callback requests
can be stored
.
No further callback requests can be stored if five
callback requests have already been stored for the
called party.
Forwarding calls
Note:
If the forwarded call was not answered, the system per-
forms an automatic "recall".
