Telephone directory
Inserting a function:
You can enter a pause, e.g. following an international prefix,
when you are entering the telephone numbers.
Press the display key.
Scroll until
7)-!,åýê.)áåä*)ýis
selected and confirm the selection.
Press
<ã.-!ý–
a "P" is inserted into
the phone number.
Displaying a function:
You can display the meaning of the selected character when
you are entering or editing telephone numbers.
Press the display key.
Scroll until

selected and confirm the selection –
the explanatory text

is displayed
Checking an entry:
To avoid duplicate entries of a telephone number in the
directory, you can execute the Check Duplicate function
before an entry is saved.
Prerequisite:
The new entry is listed in the directory.
Press the display key.
Scroll until
é$!á&ýè.æ'äáãå!ýis
selected and confirm the selection –
the check is initiated.
e.g. ;*ýä !)åäáã'ý!)å,2ý"*.) ýor the
name of an identical number is dis-
played.
Press the display key – the checked
entry is displayed again.
Edit or save the entry
as described
on page 36.
