Registering handsets

A Gigaset SL78H handset can be registered to up to four bases.

Registration of Gigaset SL78H

You must initiate handset registration on the handset (1) and on the base (2).

Once it has been registered, the handset returns to idle status. The handset's inter-

nal number is shown in the display e.g. INT 1. If not, repeat the procedure.

1) On the handset

The display indicates that a base that is ready for registration is being searched for.

Please note

If the handset is already registered to a base, start the registration procedure as

follows:

¢ Registration ¢Register Handset

¤ Press the key below §Register§ on the dis-

play screen to open the input field.

The submenu Register Handset is shown

in the display.

Back OK

¤ Press down-

wards on the con-

trol key to select

the required base.

¤ Press the key below §OK§ on the display

screen to start the registration.

If requested, enter the system PIN of

the base (the default is 0000) and

press

§OK§.
