Using the directory and lists

Press the display key §View§ to display addi-
tional information, for example the number
corresponding to a name.
Press the display key
§Options§ to select the fol-
lowing functions:
Copy to Directory
Copying a displayed number to the direc-
tory.
Delete Entry
Delete selected entry.
Delete All
Delete all entries.
When you quit the call lists, all entries are set
to the status "old", i.e. the next time you call
the list up they will no longer be shown in
bold.
Opening lists with the
message key
You can use the message key f to open
the following list selection:
u Network mailbox, if your network pro-
vider supports this function and fast
access is set for the network mailbox

u Incoming SMS message list (dependent
on base)
u List of missed calls
u List of missed appointments

An advisory tone sounds as soon as a new
message arrives in a list. The f key
flashes (it goes off when the key is pressed).
In idle status, the display shows an icon for
the new message:
The number of new entries is displayed on
the right next to the corresponding symbol.
List selection
The lists displayed after pressing the mes-
sage key f depend on whether there are
any new messages.
u f key does not flash
(no new messages):
You will see all the lists containing
messages and the network mailbox.
u f key flashes
(new messages received):
You will see all the lists with new
messages. If only one list contains
new messages, this will be opened auto-
matically.
Lists with new messages appear at the top
and are indicated by a bold font:
Select a list with q. To open, press
§OK§.

Please note
If calls are saved in the network mailbox,
you will receive a message if the appro-
priate settings have been made (see your
network provider user guide).
