Step by Step
Ringer Volume
Prerequisite: You are in the "Audio Settings" menu
 page 124.
In Case of a SingleLine Telephone
> : Select and confirm. The current ringer volume is dis-
played.
In Case of a MultiLine Telephone
You can set the ringer volume individually for every line
set up.
> : Select and confirm.
> : Select and confirm.
Press the desired line key. The number or name of the
line and the current ringer volume setting are displayed.
> : Select and confirm. The current ringer volume setting
are displayed.
Setting
The lowest ringer volume is 1 and the highest volume is
5. The value can be increased or reduced by using either
uv the control keys on the telephone or
<> the arrow keys or
o ebisi the keypad keys.
: Confirm the setting. The value of the new setting is dis-
played.
During an Incoming Call
When your telephone rings at an incoming call, you can
vary the volume of the ringer tone by means of the keys
u
and
v
. Then press the
:
key to save the setting.
Otherwise the setting will only apply to the current tele-
phone call.
The "Ringer volume" menu disappears after five sec-
onds if you do not make any entries.
