Surviveability
If a HiPath 3000 backup system was set up for your
HiPath 8000,you will still be able to use your telephone
and the functions of the outage system in case of e.g.
a power outage.
If your telephone has no connection to the HiPath 8000,
it will automatically connect to the HiPath 3000 fallback
system. The message "Temporary limited mode" is dis-
played.
While you are using the fallback system, the following
functions are not available:
• Call Forwarding ( page 174)
• Deflect Call ( page 137)
• Conferencing ( page 164)
• Voice Messages ( page 147)
• Callback ( page 152)
• Using Group Features ( page 178)
• Transferring a Call ( page 144)
• Multiline Telephone Application ( page 181)
