This errata sheet applies to the HUB-4 Installation Instructions, P/N 315-099458.
1. Page 3. The setting of the switches on HUB-4, Main-2 Board (Switch S-2)
should read as follows:
All switches on the HUB-4, Main-2 Board (Switch S2) must be set in the ON
position. (Refer to Figure 1.)

2. Page 6. The WARNING note should read as follows:
Remove all system power before installation, first battery and then AC. To power
up, connect the AC first, then the battery.
