Information message box prior to start:
"OK: Start data migration now.
"Cancel: Stop data migration now.
Message box to find out whether the migration should be
continued by the table ARCHIV.VAL:
"OK: Start data migration now.
"Cancel: Stop data migration now.
None of both tables ARCHIV.ARCHIVVALUE and
ARCHIV.VAL was found.
Test on deleted data points in the archive.
Stops data migration.
The progress bar informs you on the progress.
In addition to the status bar, a status text provides
information on the progress of data migration.
