Power supply unit for CMX CMX-PS
The CMX-PS is a power supply unit designed to be used
with Cerberus Dati CMX units. The CMX-PS is a compact,
modular and reliable uninterruptible power supply with
batteries included.
The CMX-PS structure let you insert it either in the box
that contains up to 3 CMXs (CMX-RM) or in a standard
19" rack or using the metal housing provided with CMX-
PS.
The rear connections allow easy and fast installation,
without mistakes: the 220 power input connector and the
low voltage output are different, to be recognized at a
glance.
The front panel supplies all information about the device
operation. Both input and output fuses are located on the
front panel, for fast maintenance interventions.
Features
• CMX-PS has standard Europe-format dimension
the main switch on the front panel enables/
disables battery intervention.
• Batteries are included and the CMX-PS switches
automatically to battery supply when the main goes
off if the front panel switch was set ON
• a red LED (marked LOW BATTERY) lights on when
the battery level is low.
• a green LED (marked POWER ON) shows the main
(220V) presence.
• Both input and output are protected by fuse, located
on the front panel
• when the batteries are enabled a LED (marked
BATTERY ON) shows this status
