Usage

The pneumatic valve with manual actuation is used in multi-zone gas extinguishing systems according to

country-specific regulations.

It allows the correct release of corresponding selector valve and / or extinguishing cylinder groups when

there is loss of 24 VDC with just one manual action.

At vent port 3 the fixation of a plug with hole FIT-917 is a must. Reason: delay of venting

This valve may be used in combination with module XaR only.

Description

The usage in the correct sequence and behavior must be described project specific by the project engineer

and handed over to the customer.

If there is a loss of 24VDC or misfunction of the solenoid valve the bottom must be pressed until a reaction of

the system is noticed.

Dimension with FIT-917 (not included in MANVAL-10): Diagram Installation guidelines Location Used as a bypass for a solenoid valve. Fit parallel to each of the solenoid valves. The inlet side corresponds to the gas pressure from the control cylinder reduced by a pressure reduction station. The outlet side must be connected to the corresponding outlet side of the solenoid valve (port 2 to port 2). Warning! Do not disassemble the valve body.
