INSTALLATION
Disconnect BATTERY and AC prior to working on equipment.
Mounting Each Modem Block module mounts to a HUB-4, COM-2 with the 3 nylon spacers, 3
nylon screws, and 3 nylon washers provided. One HUB-4, COM-2 board can accom-
modate up to 2 Modem Block modules.
1. To begin mounting a Modem Block module on a HUB-4, COM-2 board,
place the screw end of the 3 spacers through the holes in the top of the
COM-2 board. (Refer to Figure 2.)
2. Secure the spacers in place on the underside of the HUB-4, COM-2 with
the 3 nylon nuts.
3. DO NOT place the Modem Block module on the HUB-4, COM-2 board at
this time. Reserve the 3 nylon screws provided.
4. Refer to the HUB -4 Installation Instructions, P/N 315-099458, to complete
the installation.
