INTRODUCTION
The FARADAY Model SFTK-6R/-6B is used to semi-flush mount the MPC6-ENC/-B. The FARADAY
Model SFTK-7R/-7B is used to semi-flush mount the MPC7-ENC/-B. The SFTK-6R/-7R is red and the
SFTK-6B/-7B is black.
PRE-INSTALLATION
Determine the location where the enclosure is to be mounted. Refer to the MPC6-ENC/-B and
MPC7-ENC/-B Installation Instructions, P/N 315-648952FA.
INSTALLATION
Refer to Figures 1 and 2 for typical Trim Kit installation.
• Cut the necessary hole in the wall for the MPC6-ENC/-B or MPC7-ENC/-B enclosure. The back-box
can be mounted up to 3½ inches into the wall.
• Place the semi-flush trim around the back-box and affix to the wall using the four #10 x ¾ inch
wood screws provided. Note: you may need a different screw type, depending on the wall material.
