You can save various configuration settings for myAttendant in backup files and
restore them later or delete them if required.

You can save configuration settings for your myAttendant session in a backup file.
Step by Step
1) Click Setup.
2) Click on myAttendant > Backup and Restore.
3) Click Create Backup.
4) Enter a file name as appropriate. Click OK.
5) Click Save.

Prerequisites
• You must have already created a backup file of your configuration.
Step by Step
1) Click Setup.
2) Click on myAttendant > Backup and Restore.
3) Select a backup file.
4) Click Restore Backup.
5) Click Yes to confirm.
6) Click Save.
