5.4.3 How to Rename a Call Forwarding Rule
Step by Step
1) Click Setup.
2) Click on Call Rules > Rules Engine.
3) Mark the desired rule.
4) Click on Rename.
5) Enter a new name for the rule in the Rename Rule window.
6) Click OK.
7) Click Save.

Step by Step
1) Click Setup.
2) Click on Call Rules > Rules Engine.
3) Mark the desired rule and click Remove.
INFO: The rule will be immediately deleted, without any
additional prompt!
4) Click Save.
