Usage

· Sinorix™ H20 Gas 300:

1-n water cylinders, drilling 0.5-3.0mm

It allows to turn the high pressure of the N2 cylinders (300bar@15°C) into low pressure in order

to squeeze the water stored in the water cylinders.

· Sinorix™ fixed Ar, N2, IG55 and IG541 300 bar high pressure fire extinguishing systems:

1cylinder projects unregulated, drilling 0.5-3.0mm

It allows to turn the high pressure of the inert gas cylinders (300bar@15°C) into low pressure in

order to bring the agent via pipe network to the nozzles.

On the inlet side a filter is fixed.

The direction of flow is defined and stamped.

The drilling has to be according the specific hydraulic calculation.

The drilling diameter is also stamped and good visible from outside

Maintenance The orifice plate itself is maintenance-free. After an extinguishant discharge: · Check that the orifice connection to the pipework is secure and the discharge hose connection to the orifice is tight. · Disassembly of the unit group and control of filter, reserve filter (CX 851002 / S54476-B25-A3) Service inspection requirements: · Check the pipework for any unauthorized modifications which may result in a change of orifice diameter. · Check the orifice for any damage or corrosion.

Drilling instructions Requirements · The orifice must be drilled correctly, so it corresponds with the coefficient of the VdS calculation software. Failure to drill the orifice correctly will affect the discharge time of the system and the pressure developed in the downstream pipework, which may exceed the maximum working pressure rating for the pipe and fittings. · Orifice plates are normally supplied drilled to the correct diameter and supplied with the equipment.
