Building Technologies Remote access via portal 2018-03-15
The overview pages list all plants for which the user has “Service level” or higher
access.
Plants you can connect to are listed in black font.
No connection is currently possible on plants in grey font.
Workflow:
1. Select a plant to connect to
2. Click “Connect”
The software searches for an available local IP address between 127.0.0.1 and
127.0.0.255 and connected to the selected OZW using this address via Synco IC.
You can use ACS or ETS as soon as the plant is connected
Connect with ACS as follows:
1. Select menu “Connections” in ACS
2. Select connection type “Ethernet”
3. Enter the local IP address as per the Remote Tool Access (e.g. 127.0.0.1)
4. Confirm with “Continue”
