Limiter Threshold
The limiter is not active until the input level rises above the set threshold value.
Release
Set the speed of the limiter release rate from 1…10. This equates to 50…5 dB/s.
6.2.5 Triggered Signal Settings

Feeding Threshold
If a program channel has been configured with the 'Feed network with triggered
signal' input behavior, a network stream will not be fed into the network until the set
feeding threshold value is exceeded.
Release
If the audio input level falls below the feeding threshold value, the input will stop
feeding after the time set in 'sec' has elapsed.
6.2.6 Automatic Volume Control (AVC) settings
AVC is useful in noisy environments, to automatically adjust the output volume of
stations, in case the noise level increases.
The performance of this feature is dependent on the hardware setup of the
measurement microphone and the speakers. Input 4 is the dedicated input for
connecting the measurement microphone.
You will find detailed configuration information in chapter 'Setting up automatic
volume control (AVC) [➙ 64]'.
Enable
Switch on the AVC feature. The three possible operation modes are described in
the following chapters:
